At EJI, we can track your project from concept to completion, the key is to have a proper coordination among team members with focus on time, cost and quality. We are fully responsible to organize the framework of the project, follow-up with suppliers and regularly oversee the site.
For some clients who pay more attention to cost, we use a technique called “Value Engineering” which is a structured approach that we use in order to minimize the cost of each project. We employ this method to balance between function, performance, quality, safety and cost.
